We are always receiving deliveries and product availability is updated frequently. If the product you want is out of stock please click ‘email me when back in stock’ on the relevant product page. Once the product is back in stock you will be notified by email.
You may have seen a product online or on our Instagram that you can not find on our website. If you’re looking for something specific then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which products you are interested in and we will try to locate a stockist. There is a chance that the product you want has been discontinued.
Our products are made from natural wool felt. The best way to clean natural felt is to wipe/spot clean only. To clean, brush the felt with a small brush or use a damp cloth making sure not to rub the area. You can also hoover your animal heads, rugs and room decorations. Please DO NOT machine wash. Any damages caused by incorrect cleaning is the responsibility of the customer. For more instructions on washing natural wool felt click here.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a bespoke design service due to the lead times on manufacture and shipping, however, we always love to hear your suggestions for new products.
