A few things to know before you cancel:
You'll need to return the goods to us within 14 days of letting us know you're cancelling. Return postage is at your own cost.
Please return items unused and in their original condition. You're welcome to inspect what you've ordered, but items that have been handled beyond that may have their refund reduced to reflect any loss in value.
We'll issue your refund once we've received the goods back, or once you've shown us proof that you've sent them. Refunds include the original standard delivery cost.
